Swap Spots are designated public places where residents can meet to exchange items that they sold and/or purchased online or to complete child custody exchanges. The City of Cottage Grove has provided a "Safe Spot" to complete legal transactions/exchanges in the front parking lot or inside the City Hall/Public Safety Building.
City Hall/Public Safety Parking Lot: Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Public Safety Lobby: Available Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm (excluding holidays)
City Hall Vestibule: Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
