The small group approach allows for precise skill learning to build upon drills. Goalies MUST register separate from skaters each session and may spend both hours of the session on ice.
Bantams/U15/High School
Intense skill development by high level coaches will concentrate on skating, stick handling, passing, shooting and scoring. Coaches will emphasize that players master individual edge work to create speed and reactiveness while gaining puck possession, player movement to be ready to make plays, and using all of your body to create hockey strength to be successful on ice. Time on the studio rink (2 sessions per week) will involve playing in competitive 3 on 3 games which require faster thinking.
Peewee/U12/Squirt/U10
Players will develop strong skating skills focusing on reactive play, skating transitions in all directions, and using upper body to increase speed. Coaches will also focus on team play moving away from the puck to create offensive plays and learning how to get the puck back as quickly as possible. Time on the studio rink (2 sessions per week) will involve playing in competitive 3 on 3 games which require faster thinking. Off Ice Training (2 sessions per week) will also consist of fun team games that encourage mental processing and quick decision making.

Small group skills focus on forward and backward crossovers, edges, hockey skating skills, stopping, and transitioning from forward to backward. Time on the studio rink (2 sessions per week) will involve playing in competitive 3 on 3 games which require faster thinking.
