Calarosa 1st Addition
Located on the northeast corner of Ideal Avenue and 65th Street, the first phase of this Lennar development includes home sites for 12 quad-style townhome buildings and 23 single family villa style homes on extensions of 63rd Street, 64th Street, and Idsen Avenue. This project also includes the reconstruction of the remaining rural section of Ideal Avenue between 63rd Street and 65th Street.
Calarosa 2nd Addition
Construction of the second phase of this three-phase mixed housing development began in April 2018. Street and utility construction is anticipated to be complete by June of 2019. Located north of Calarosa 1st Addition, this phase includes the planned construction of 49 single family homes. This project also includes extending City utilities and 60th Street to the east from the Pine Cliff neighborhood, and connecting Idsen and Ideal Avenues to Calarosa 1st Addition.
Calarosa 3rd Addition
Construction of the thrid phase of this three-phase mixed housing development is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2019. Street and utility construction for this final phase is anticipated to be complete by the fall of 2019. Located just west of the first and second additions, this phase includes the planned construction of ten quad-style townhome buildings and 70 single-family lots. This project will conclude the first three additions of the Calarosa development.

Grayson Meadow is a 45-home development north of Cayden Glen located on an extension of Jefferey Avenue, between 70th Street and Ravine Parkway. Construction of single family homes is underway with limited home sites available.

Kingston Grove is located along the west side of Keats Avenue adjacent to Cottage Grove Middle School. There will be 12 homes in this development. As part of this project, a bituminous trail was installed from the development to the middle school.

Mississippi Dunes Estates 5th Addition
This single family housing development is the fifth and final addition for the Mississippi Dunes Neighborhood. This project is located on Mississippi Dunes Boulevard, between 95th Street and 98th Street, west of Hadley Avenue.Construction of single-family homes is underway with multiple homesites available.

Hamlet Heights is an Eternity Homes 24-unit single family housing development located at the south end of Hamlet Avenue, just west of Hamlet Park. This project began construction in September and includes extending public utilities to serve the planned development. Street and utility construction is anticipated to be complete by the Summer of 2019.

Summregate Development, LLC is planning to develop the 20.71 acre site into a single family development consisting of 60 lots. The project is located along Military Road, southeast of the Military Road-Jamaica Avenue intersection. This project will include extending water main and sanitary sewer from the Military Road corridor to the development. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2019 and the extension of utilities and street construction is anticipated to be complete by 2020.
Bailey Woods is a Pulte Homes 41-unit single family housing development located on the north side of 65th Street, west of Highland Hills Boulevard. This project is anticipated to begin construction in August of 2019.
