ALSO, MARK YOUR CALENDARS. RUMPCA WILL OPEN THE FACILITY ON SATURDAY, DECEMBER 28TH AND SATURDAY, JANUARY 4TH FROM 9 A.M. TO 3 P.M. TO COLLECT CHRISTMAS TREES AND WREATHS. THERE IS A $3 FEE PER ITEM, OR THEY'LL TAKE IT OFF YOUR HANDS FOR FREE IF YOU BRING IN A FOOD SHELF DONATION. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Residents can also call their garbage hauler and setup a weekly compost pickup. Please note that all three haulers require 24-hour notice for weekly pickup.
The City's compost site typically is:
- Open during the summer and for two weekends in January to accept Christmas trees.
- Closed around the time most leaves have fallen or when we get a measurable snow in the area.
