Hadley Avenue and 95th Street Project Assessments – Summers Landing Phase 2
City Council levied assessments of off-site improvements to Hadley Ave and 95th Street in amount of $4,873 per lot for the 91 lots in Summers Landing Phase 2 pursuant to Summers Landing development agreement.

City Council approved the All Hazard Mitigation Plan for Washington County.

School Resource Officer Programs Agreement with Independent School District No. 833
City Council approved and authorized execution of the agreement between the City of Cottage Grove and ISD 833 (South Washington Schools) to provide School Resource Officer coverage at Park High School, Cottage Grove Middle School, and Oltman Middle School.

Fitness Court Grant
City Council tabled making a decision on the National Fitness Campaign grant for a Fitness Court until after the Capital Improvement Plan has been discussed further in November.

Historic John P. Furber Wedding & Event Center – HPCUP Amendment
City Council approved an amendment to the original 2013 Historic John P. Furber Wedding & Event Center Historic Properties Conditional Use Permit (HPCUP) to permit the construction of a new standalone structure with 14 guestrooms and associated common areas and driveway at 7310 Lamar Avenue South and to operate the new facility as a bed and breakfast.

Change Order and Final Payment for Contract Number 2 – Installation of Water Meters and Radios
City Council approved change order No. 1 in the amount of $15,668.75 for installation of an additional 340 water meters, and final payment in the amount of $57,746.00 to Milbank Winwater Works Co. for Contract Number 2 – Installation of Water Meters and Radios.

City Council approved change order No. 4R in the amount of $54,752.36 for the additional 340 purchased water meters, and final payment of $219,308.01 with Milbank Winwater Works Co. for Contract Number 1 – Furnish Water Meters and Radios.

City Council called for a public hearing to be held on December 5, 2018, for the modification of Development District No. 1 and the establishment of Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-19.

Eastbrooke Development Agreement Amendment and Easement Agreement
