Ravine Parkway – Stone Package and Signage Quote Awards
City Council adopted resolution 2018-152 awarding the Ravine Parkway Stone Package to Biesanz Stone Company in the amount of $38,700.00 and resolution 2018-153 awarding the Ravine Parkway Signage to Seri Graphics in the amount of $38,630.00.

Certify Delinquent Utility Accounts to 2019 Taxes
Council adopted resolution 2018-156 certifying delinquent utility account balances to 2019 property taxes.

Ravine Parkway Property Transfer
City Council approved the deeds with the South Washington Watershed District addressing the property needs for the Ravine Parkway right-of-way.

General Obligation (G.O.) Capital Improvement Plan Bonds
City Council adopted resolution 2018-157 adopting the 2018 – 2022 Capital Improvement Plan Bond Program and adopted resolution 2018-158 authorizing the sale of $4,245,000 G.O. Capital Improvement Plan Bonds.

Ice Arena Refrigeration System Bid Award
City Council adopted resolution 2018-151 awarding Cottage Grove Ice Arena refrigeration project to Total Mechanical Service, Inc. in the amount of $2,667,754.

Highway 61 Noise Barrier Wall
City Council decided to not move forward with the application process for the Highway 61 noise barrier wall and revisit the issue in 2020.

2019 Property Tax Levy, Revised 2018 Budget and 2019 Budget
City Council adopted resolution 2018-154 adopting the Tax Levy Collectible in 2019 and adopted resolution 2018-155 revising the 2018 budget and establishing the 2019 budget for the City of Cottage Grove.
