Council adopted Resolution 2018-163 approving the minor subdivision to subdivide a 27.29-acre parcel of land at 7624 110th Street into two parcels.

Calarosa 3rd Addition

Council adopted Resolution 2018-164 approving the ��nal plat for the Calarosa 3rd Addition and approved the Calarosa 3rd Addition Development Agreement with U.S. Home Corporation. The council also adopted Resolution 2018-165 approving the Calarosa 3rd Addition Development Plans dated November 30, 2018, prepared by Pioneer Engineering.

Parkview Pointe

The council passed Ordinance 997 rezoning 20.71 acres of land from AG-1, Agricultural Preservation, to R-3, Single Family Residential, with a Planned Development Overlay (PDO). The council adopted Resolution 2018-166 approving the preliminary plat for Parkview Pointe.3   and adopted Resolution 2018-167 approving the feasibility

report and authorizing the preparation of plans and specifications for the Parkview Pointe Street & Utility Improvements.

Up North Plastics Expansion
