Permanent & Temporary Easements and Assessment Termination – Young Property, 7930 65th Street

Council adopted resolution 2019-015 rescinding, cancelling and terminating the agreement for payment of street improvement charges on PID 05-027-21-14-0001 and approved the easement agreement with Robert and Alice Young.

Building Inspections Service Agreement – Grey Cloud Island Township

Council approved the building inspection services agreement with Grey Cloud Island Township

Revoking Jamaica Avenue (70th to Military) as a Municipal State Aid Street

Council adopted resolution 2019-016 revoking Jamaica Avenue as a Municipal State Aid Street from 70th Street to Military Road and concurring with Washington County Board of Commissioners Resolution 2019-005 revoking County State Aid Highway of Military Road from Jamaica Avenue to Keats Avenue and establishing County State Aid Highway status for Jamaica Avenue from 70th Street to Military Road.

Massage Therapist License

Council authorized issuance of a massage therapist license to Nicole Steenerson contingent upon receipt of a passing result of the Massage & Bodywork Licensing Examination (MBLEx) sent directly to the City of Cottage Grove from the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards.

Rental License Issuance

Council approved the issuance of rental licenses to the properties in the attached table.

Aggregate Industries – Nelson Mine Annual Mining Permit

Council adopted resolution 2019-017 approving Aggregate Industries’ 2019 annual mining permit to continue their mining operations at 11250 Grey Cloud Trail South on Lower Grey Cloud Island, which also authorizes operations to run 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
