2018 Joint Crack Sealing Quote Award
City Council adopted a resolution awarding the 2018 Joint Crack Sealing Project to Northwest Asphalt & Maintenance in the amount of $54,466.72.

2018 SWWD CCIP Grant Acceptance for Eastbrooke and HERO Center Projects
Council accepted the South Washington Watershed District (SWWD) Coordinated Capital Improvement Program (CCIP) agreements for Eastbrooke Phase 1 in the amount of $163,892 and the HERO Center in the amount of $152,500 for a total of $316,392 in grants to be received.

2018 Joint City Street Striping Quote Award
Council adopted a resolution awarding the 2018 Joint City Street Striping Project to AAA Striping Service Co. in the amount of $47,769.18.

Communications System Joint Powers Agreement
Council approved the Communication System Subscriber Agreement with 3M with the term running concurrently with the Washington County Communication System Agreement.

Council approved the Calarosa 2nd Addition Development Agreement with U.S. Home Corporation (Developer).

Council approved the Assessment Deferral Agreement with U.S. Home Corporation (Developer).

Council adopted a resolution approving the Development Plans dated March 28, 2018.

Council approved the temporary roadway easements.

Council adopted a resolution approving the plans and specifications and establishing a May 10, 2018 bid date for the Ravine Parkway Project.

Council approved the South Washington Watershed District Cooperative Agreement.

Council approved the Washington County Jurisdictional Transfer Agreement.

Council approved the Xcel Energy Encroachment Agreement.

Council adopted a resolution restricting parking along both sides of Ravine Parkway South from Jamaica Ave to Keat Ave (CSAH 19) (State Aid Project No. 180-121-001).

Council adopted a resolution restricting parking along both sides of 65th Street South from Hinton Avenue (CSAH 19) to Innsdale Avenue (State Aid Project No. 180-123-001).

Council approved the McHattie Farms, Inc. Deferred Assessment Agreement.

Council approved the Brett and Debra Osgood Deferred Assessment Agreement.

Council approved the Joint Powers Agreement between the State of Minnesota and the City of Cottage Grove to amend a Conservation Easement held by the State on SWWD property, which would allow the City to construct a turn lane from County Road 19 on the protected property and to remove approximately .33 acres of the conservation easement property to all the City to construct Ravine Parkway.
